Originally from the USA, Trish has over 10 years' experience in high school classrooms, as well as deep experience in IBDP. She most recently worked in a large university system as a Research and Learning Librarian. She has worked in international schools in the USA, India and China.

Previous to joining the UWC movement Rachel was a Chinese language teacher in Singapore. Prior to her work in Singapore, Rachel was a PYP homeroom teacher in Beijing Huijia Private School in China. Rachel worked with librarians to use databases and other resources to promote students' inquiry-based learning.

Travis left his home in Hawaii, USA to work and study in Beijing. After five years working with Educational Technology for a number of international schools around Beijing, Travis has joined the UWC movement in Changshu. Travis shares his experience working with K-12 schools, universities, non-profit, and multi-national organizations.
